Our Contact Centre located in Perth CBD is seeking 6 new recruits to join the Contact Centre team as Customer Service Representatives. We are seeking individuals that have a true passion for providing exceptional customer service and share our passion for our customers.

About the role….

At Bankwest Contact Centre, we guide people through everyday banking choices and major financial decisions, ranging from enquiries about new products and services, investigating credit card transactions and establishing periodical payments. Our work has an impact on people's livelihoods and lives, and our mission is to bring happiness to every customer experience.

As a Customer Service Representative you provide first point of telephony contact for our customers.

  • On a daily basis provide quick, accurate and up to date answers to customer’s queries, ensuring that you resolve all the calls you are skilled to take.
  • Provide the right information in the most effective and efficient way.
  • Provide customers with information relating to products, services and transactional information.

What is required from you? 

  • A background in Customer Service
  • Proven experience working towards targets and KPIs
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to change
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong level of competency in written and verbal communication
  • Call centre experience is not essential but would be advantageous
