Reporting to the Head of People Strategy and Organisational Development, you will work to ensure we are continuing to develop and implement our talent, and leadership strategies, to align with business and people strategies.

  • Leverage market and data insights, consult with stakeholders to determine business needs, and develop robust return on investment measures.
  • Manage delivery of these needs through vendors, and internal providers, with accountability for relationship management, vendor performance and measurement against ROI's

  • An energetic self-starter, comfortable with operating within organisational transformation and change strategy in an established professional environment.
  • A natural rapport builder, you are able to couple practical experience with a strong level of self-awareness and good communication skills in order to guide senior leadership decisions.
  • A problem solver, who enjoys a challenge and is able to pinpoint areas of focus as well as promote a continuous improvement mindset

Your experience

  • Sound knowledge of leadership capability frameworks and development
  • Proven track record in talent management and leadership solutions
  • You will have demonstrable experience in running a talent process where coordinating a large number of stakeholders is pivotal to its success.
  • Significant experience in developing and implementing programs in a complex organisation
  • Experience in vendor management, preferably with an established network in WA.
